A detailed recertification and inspection are required periodically by the manufacturer or certified distributor. This period shall not exceed 12 months and is recommended every 6 months under high use.
A good practice it to rectify your restraints at the same time the iron is obligated for re-certification and inspection. The recertification will include a thorough visual inspection and load testing using a hydraulic pull testing bed.
